Dear Alumni...
A lot has changed in my life in the 8 years since starting this site.
One relationship ended. Another began.
A new job. A new home.
Kids!
...among other interests and activities.
As much as I wish I could, I just don't have the time anymore
to devote to maintaining this site like I used to.
The technology has advanced, yet the site has maintained the same '1999' look and feel.
This is not fair to the many alumni who have faithfully visited this site looking to reconnect with old
friends and pick up on where they left off with old friendships. It has basically fallen into disrepair.
Much like a familiar old house.
So I'm looking for someone who would be wlling to take the baton and run with it.
To take this site, update it, streamline it, automate it, make it better, give it a fresh coat of paint,
but most importantly...keep it alive for current and future alumni to enjoy.
Just as I was dedicated to it for many years, you will also need to be dedicated as well. Yes, this is a labor of love.
You won't get rich from it. In fact, it'll probably cost you a few dollars to maintain it.

Again...this is a job for someone who is willing to maintain the site for the long haul for the benefit of the alumni.
If you are currently just looking for 'something to do', then perhaps this is not for you.
While the site may have started out of my boredom, it quickly took on
a life of its own, and now needs to be cared for in the proper manner.

(No one would 'know' about Herkimer
or Herkimer High School better than
